Purpose:
Timber Tax is designed to provide you with the most current information on the Internal Revenue Code’s treatment of revenue from timber sales and expenses incurred by timber management activities. Discussions will include recent court decisions, IRS regulations, and administrative rulings that apply to timberland ownership and investments. Tax strategies for selling timber will also be examined.

Forest landowners, forest land managers, consulting foresters, service foresters, accountants, attorneys, and others who work with forest owners in matters pertaining to timber tax management.

Early registration fee for this workshop is $195 and includes an annotated set of teaching notes, refreshment breaks, and Lunch. (After June 27, the registration fee increases to $235).
