Land managers and procurement foresters must have a good working knowledge of the law to accomplish their objectives, Environmental law, contract law, employment law, and tax law all have a direct impact on forest management operations. Property law, however, is the area of the law that foresters must deal with on almost a daily basis.
Purpose:
Boundary Law, Easements & Right-of-Ways is designed to provide you with a good working knowledge of the areas of property law that define how boundaries are created, described and maintained, as well as, the creation and maintenance of easements and right-of-ways.

Foresters, timber buyers, landowners, surveyors, and others that are involved in land management activities.
Continuing Education Credit:
This course has been approved for 12 hours of CFE Category 1 Credit
Registration:
Early registration fee for this workshop is $345 and includes a continental breakfast and refreshment breaks on both days. (After July 15, the registration fee increases to $385)
